• All you need is internet access
• Run the Teamviewer software on your computer provided on thie remote download page  (just double click and follow the instructions)
• When Teamviewer is setup to run on your computer jsut tell us your teamviwer ID (on the lefthand-side of the box)

Within seconds we will be able to look at and assess then fix you computer software problems form our office as if we were at your home in front of your computer!!
